Recent SuiteCRM adopter here – very impressed thus far.
I’m having a bit of a time determining how a user is notified of a Task due date (beyond what’s visible on the Calendar and Tasks Dashlets). Referring to the SugarCRM 6.5 CE documentation for Tasks at least (I cannot find equivalent info for SuiteCRM 7.2.1 MAX):
“Enter the due date information if you want to add the task on your calendar to receive a reminder when it is due.”
Presumable this reminder would at least be an email notification, is that correct? I have enabled and tested a Gmail-based outgoing email account in SuiteCRM, but Task due dates come and go without any associated email.
Any pointers would be appreciated
