What is the deference Inbound Email between Normal email configration

I want deference between Inbound email (group through admin account) & Normal Profile email configuration.

group email is like “shared email account” => info@ … support@ … sales@ …
normal email account is jim@ … wendy@…

All group account can be visible in suitecrm email client for all users. Users can reply with this group account.

Group account is too valid for “email to case” fonctonnaliity
