you’d want to create products and then create invoices.
There are a few things to consider / a few neat features which you can discover, if you go through the modules and check the action menu.
Quotes can be converted to Invoices.
Invoices to Contracts.
In specific project, the sales team wanted to skip the Opportunities and only use Quotes.
In other projects, quotes are coming from a CPQ system and invoices have only been synchronized from the financial software (to get an overview in the CRM).
Maybe the e-invoice will be one requirement for you? Then you’d need to integrate sth. into the CRM there as well.
Overall, the invoices are fairly simple from a technical point of view and you’d just need to see how your requirements fit.
