Weird behavior when opening leads

Hi, i have a fairly recent install of suitecrm, version below. I notice when i try to open the lead the overview area is blank with no fields at all until i click on overview, then the fields appear. This behavior does not happen in say accounts or opportunities only leads. What could possibly be causing this issue?

Just to clarify the issue is that:
Upon loading a Lead’s detailview, no fields show
However, clicking the “Overview” panel causes the view/fields to display?

As you mentioned its a fairly recent install, I presume there hasn’t been any custom work done on the Leads module that might have had an affect?

Otherwise I’d recommend checking the error logs, both SuiteCRM.log and the apache error log, and see if anything of note appears around the times when you access the module

Would it be possible to pass over some screenshots, to show us what it looks like unloaded?
It might give us some hints as to where to look

Yup you are correct again nothing done, some workflows were set but the issue existed before they were set

I’ll try asking the hosting provider for access to the logs, its a shared hosting account

Has there been any changes made to the Leads module in studio?
It looks fairly OOTB from the screenshot, but It’s worth double-checking!

While waiting on a response from your hosting provider, you may wish to run some repairs in the Admin->Repair section

I’d recommend running:
Quick Repair and Rebuild
Rebuild JS Grouping Files

Then clearing browser cache, and try navigating back to the Leads view, does that make any difference?
