Solltet ihr ein ähnliches Problem haben:
Beim Erstellen eines Web to lead Formulars werden Umlaute und auch andere Sonderzeichen nicht korrekt dargestellt werden.
Das Problem lässt sich dadurch beheben, dass man im Formular das charset auf UTF-8 ändert, also anstatt
<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="application/xhtml+xml; charset=ISO-8859-1" />
folgende Zeile
<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="application/xhtml+xml; charset=utf-8" />
