Web-to-Lead Forms not available

Hi all,
we have recently installed SuiteCRM for our small startup.

However, on first attempt, when trying to setup a lead form on our website, we encountered a 503 error.
(The link is “local CRM Installation/index.php?module=Campaigns&action=WebToLeadCreation&return_module=Campaigns&return_action=index”)

The same happens on some other modules, but it seems rather random. Most mudules work fine however.
What could be the source of this issue and how can we solve it?

Is your CRM accessible via the web i.e. on a hosted server, or is it hosted locally?

It is hosted on a web accessible server.

Are permissions set correctly? Is the site_url value in your config.php correct? Is there http:// or https:// before the rest of the URL?

We have not set any permissions.
site_url is fine

Do you use WordPress, by chance? I don’t have an answer to your problem, but I’ve used a different method of web-to-leads for over a year now, and it’s great.

I’m using Zapier.com + Gravity Forms for WordPress. It’s really easy to set up, very flexible, and usually fits the styling of your site better than Suite’s web-to-lead forms.
