Vote limits per topic, not per user would be better

Hello,

I’ve noticed that there there is a user based vote limit.
If I like a suggestion, I need to un-vote for another one in order to vote for the new one.
So the results might be skewed.

You’re right — the vote limit can affect results since users have to un-vote to support new ideas. Removing or increasing the limit would give a more accurate reflection of community interest.
