View summary doesn't respect rules

Hi there,

i found an odd situation.
It happens in 7.1.4 and 7.1.5 also.

Even if a user has the right to see just records assigned to him and the History panel of s Lead or an Account looks empty,

if he clicks on “view summary” he sees every records,…(calls, meetings,…)

I want that “view summary” respects the history subpanel management

I mean “roles” not “rules”
