Very serious problem : Why user have rights to change his username?? Please help me.

Hi all suitecrm managements.

I have a very serious problem with users. I created 10 users and all users have rights to change their usernames. Why this is? Please help me to make all users restrict from changing their username and they all also can create new users. Please solve this issue. attached is screenshot for your reference.

This is standard functionality. You would need to write some custom code if you did not want regular users to be able to edit their user name.

They won’t be able to change it to an existing user name and won’t be able to clear it out.

Good day,

this is not the solution to write custom code. Because everyone is not familiar with coding and this is also hard for me. i push your suitecrm because it was easy to manage but now you are asking to write coding. so what i do now?

Please write the solution here or fix this problem yourself otherwise i need to discontinue this product because i do not want to loss my client only because of this issue.

There is not a bug here.

The forums are here to assist members with the CRM and help fix issues, not to write custom code to do as their business needs.
