Both the Suite 7 theme and the Suite R themes have display problem for the Campaign > Create Person Form with Version 7.6.6. See images. The create form is unusable with the Suite 7 theme and partly broken with the Suite R theme.
Create Person Form UI works perfectly in version 7.5.3. with both themes.
Please let me know what to edit to fix this.
