We are newbies in SuiteCRM. We are re-sellers, so we buy from our vendors and resell to our customers.
Please advise kindly whether we can cover also Vendor Management by means of SuiteCRM; and if so, how.

SuiteCRM is highly customizable , so certainly it can be used for a complete vendor management system. What it requires is how you want the system to be designed to fit you needs. Try identifying and scoping out the requirments that makes an ideal system for you, and SuiteCRM would help you achieve that.
May be you can also give your buyer and sellers an portal access where then can login and see the details relavant to them, Like Seller would see their profiles, services offered, Sales, invoice, bugs and cases reported etc.
Similarly Buyers would see their profiles, check products offered by you, pay for products service, register bugs, support tickets etc.
