When Attempting to switch between Suite 7 and Suite R, I get garbled text and incomplete formatting. Is there a reliable, solid theme that won’t cost an arm and a leg? Any freeware out there worth the having?

Is this a new installation? If yes you might need to correct the permissions. Check here
