v 7.10.4 Cases "Performing Task" Pop-up Still Not Clearing

Hi there,

I’ve just installed SuiteCRM 7.10.4 on our test environment (Windows 2012 R2, IIS 8, PHP 7.2) and am still getting the issue where the “Performing Task” popup doesn’t automatically clear when adding updates to cases. If you close the popup manually and then refresh the page the update appears, but it doesn’t do it automatically.

Is there a fix for this yet? I know it was an issue in v7.7.6 and it still appears to be so in v7.10.4, unless there is something I need to do to fix it manually?

This works for me in 7.10.4.

There were some problems with this a few months ago, happened only to people upgrading from old versions, and then only in some cases, not all. It was related to left-overs of old logic hooks definitions in the custom directory.

Do you see any errors in your Browser’s web console? Can you try a different browser?

for any errors at the precise time when that happens.

I’ve just found this in the suitecrm.log when it is trying to post the update:

[ERROR] Unable to load custom logic file: custom/modules/Cases/CasesJjwg_MapsLogicHook.php

Now I just have to figure out what that is & how to remove it!!
