Using WC with Ultimate WC Auction Pro - WC Product Type for Auction is blank!

I’ve created an auction website. I have WooCommerce installed on my WordPress site, In addition, I’ve installed Ultimate WooCommerce Auction Pro to provide the auction function. It added a new WC Product Type called Auction Product. I’ve also installed WooCommerce Bridge.

After running the 4 Sync functions under WC-Integration Setting (Sync WooCommerce Data), the products on my site appeared in SuiteCRM. However, when I “open” a product in SuiteCRM, those products that are configured as Auction Products, have a blank “WC Product Type” field where those products that are configured as Simple Products, say “Simple Product” in the “WC Product Type” field.

The site hasn’t been launched yet, so I don’t know if there will be other information not transferred from WC for Auction Product types.

Is there a way, either in SuiteCRM or WooCommerce Bridge, to fix this issue?

I have only used WC Bridge - not WC Auction Pro.

From what you’re writing, I assume that you would need to have a WC Auction Pro Bridge plugin (which doesn’t exist) in order to get things configured correctly.

There are two ideas / options:

  1. Just test it with a couple of transactions, cancellations, product & customer updates etc. and see whether you can work with the data that arrives in your CRM.
  2. Don’t use the plugin and build the integration by yourself. Ideally, with something low-code like n8n to reduce development time by a lot, but it will still contain complex logic etc.

Overall, that is more a question for the developers of WC Auction Pro, to see how much they deviate from WC and whether the Bridge plugin could still be used with the WC Auction Pro changes.
