Hello friends

any idea how to use suitecrm as documentation system ?
i want to upload general documents not related to any costumer or lead, and i want it to be accessible to all users
i was thinking to add group and user named general and assign all documents to this user
and then add all users also to group general .
am i on the right track or there is better way to accomplish this ?

If you want everything to be accessible, don’t bother with assignments or groups. Just add the Documents and have your users search directly within the documents module.
