User roles & security groups

Need to setup with the following conditions in SuiteCRM,

Sales team should see all the records between the sales team
Teamlead team should see all the records between the teamlead team and also Sales team
Manager team shouls see all the records betwwn the manager team and also teamlead team
Approver team should see all the records.

Individual branch is having Sales team, Teamlead team & Manager team.

I have no clue how to set this up and make it work. Does anyone have any instructions with testing examples I could use?
