User role per country

Could we create a group for users to see only contacts and accounts of a specific country ?

Are you looking to do this for every country? Or for example have a US, UK, Brazil teams with there own contacts and accounts etc?

I have only one user for whom i would like to authorise see-edit-delete contacts and accounts for one country (UAE)
