We are able to upload users image but when user is logging in its photo is not displaying. Any idea ?

Where do you expect to display image?
As far as i know it is just display in detailview of Users detail view only.
when user login it should display in near profile i.e new notifications icon.
Unfortunately, it is yet not implemented AFAIK.
