User Email Configuration

Hi. I’m new on SuiteCRM. We are testing it for our internal purposes and then to grow up our offering with CRM Solution.

It seems that version 7.6.4 working well, except for user email settings.

I configurate correctly email, access IMAP folders and choose what i wanna show in folders tree: save data, reload the page but the folder are not completely showed. Only Inbox work correctly but not the subfolders (sometimes appear one or two of them); Trash and Sent folders are never showed.

What’s wrong? Is there a bug?

In your screen shot the trash and sent folders are showing. Can you expand on your issue?
