User case Update Email Template Change

Hi,

We assigned cases to Karthik the following mail send to Karthik. I want change this template. Add Account name with this mail.

Aishwarya has assigned a Case to Karthik .

Subject: B16 Installation
Priority: Low
Status: Pending
Description:
Complete the installation on or before 20/Mar/2020.

You can change assigned to template from notify template.

Copy
include/language/en_us.notify_template.html and put it at
custom/include/language/en_us.notify_template.html
and modify as per your need.
