USER ACCESS to hide tab from other departments

Hi GUYS,

im new to suitecrm, Im struggling with it, I want to implement a scenario where each department user can see its own department details.

like support team can use show the access to support module when support team users login.

i do it but once i login as support users, i can still see MARKETING,SALES modules, I have attached image. Can you do more help on it

Security settings are not to hide menus, but records.

So I recommend you start by getting that part right - get your support people seeing only support-related records (cases, contacts, etc.), and your Sales people seeing only their records.

When you have that working, then you can try some customizations for the top menu.
