use system outbound email account instead of personal one

Hi there,

I am facing a problem with the email configuration of email accounts after upgrading to 7.10.7.
The users want to have their emails automatically imported.
So I have set up a group inbound email account, because, as I understood, emails can be automatically imported only for group email accounts.
For the reception of emails that works fine.

Then, I want to send emails. But as I couldn’t see group outbound email accounts, I can only set up a personal outbound email account.
But for unknown reason, when the user wants to send an email, the system outbound is always used instead of the personal one. As the user is not authorized to use this system account, it fails with the message in the logs :

[SECURITY] Email Error: Not authorized to use Outbound Account "system"
[SECURITY] User ************ attempted to send an email using incorrect email account settings in which they do not have access to.

I tried different things and looked in the forums if someone else had the same problem but I didn’t find.

When I set up a personal inbound email account (instead of the group one) I can at the same time add a personal outbound email account and in that case, the user can send emails.

Could anyone look at this issue and/or tell me if I am doing something wrong?
