I’m sorry, but I can’t understand 100% what you’re explaining. You say you’re going to list two types of contact, but then you say one type of contact and another type of message. I don’t know what a PA is. Then you mention the body of the message in both cases, but what is the message in the first case (a contact)?
It seems you’re looking for solutions that lie in between the CRM and your phone. There are some payed add ons to integrate with Asterisk VoIP systems, but that might be overkill for you.
