I attempt to upload leads and run into:
[16825][1][FATAL] Caught error: touch(): UploadStream::stream_metadata is not implemented!
[16825][1][FATAL] Caught error: chmod(): Operation not permitted
php limit is 300M
also increased config.php but not having any luck at all.
I see TONS of people posting same similar issues, but no solution and no one responding back.
