I have downloaded;

7.12 ESR

P.S. zipped file has no manifest.

I have downloaded the SuiteCRM 7.12.5 Version through your link. It’s easily working.
But Issue is in database connectivity

I have not found manifest.php on Version SuiteCRM 7.12.5
And MyPHP version is 7.4

I think the problem is that you’re uploading a full installation package in the place where SuiteCRM is expecting an upgrade package.

Go fetch what you need here instead:
