"Upload File not found so redirecting to Upgrade Start"

Hi all

Iā€™m on 7.13.4 (Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344)) and wanted to upgrade to 7.14.5

I did the upgrade on the clone and everything worked. I then uploaded the file to the live CRM and got the message: ā€œUpload File not found so redirecting to Upgrade Startā€.

Whenever I open the Upgrade Wizard I get this message. Tried Repairing but itā€™s not working. Any ideas?

Did you copy upload file too? Check what is missing when you clone and also set correct ā€˜site_urlā€™ in config.php and permissions.

Sorry for not being clear:

  • I uploaded the upgrade-zip files to a development instance (my clone) - all worked fine.
  • when I uploaded the same upgrade-zip files to the live CRM, I got the message ā€œUpload File not foundā€¦ā€

  1. It could be file permission and ownership issue.

Check your browser console or log files for more details.
