The last (5th) step for Confirm Layouts seems to timeout. I’ve changed my timeout limits to 600 seconds, but every time I try to enter the upgrade wizard and start the system checks, the same thing happens and the page times out. The cgi process on the server still runs for a while but, I can’t get anywhere.

Is your php/sugarcrm log giving you any information on this? Which browser are you using?(some now have timeouts built in by default such as Firefox).
