Upgrade wizard the screen is blank

I am on Version 7.8.31
Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344)

But when I try to upgrade it’s just a blank screen. Any help most welcome

Are you still having issues with this?


If so, what version of SuiteCRM are you trying to upgrade to?


Do you get any sort of errors in either the SuiteCRM.log or PHP error log files?


It may be worth checking that your permissions are set correctly:
We typically recommend:

  sudo chmod -R 755 .
  sudo chmod -R 775 cache custom modules themes data upload
  sudo chown -R www-data:www-data .

Replacing www-data with your Web-server user


As well as running a Quick Repair and Rebuild in Admin->Repair
