Hello,
Upgrading to suiteCRM 7.8.1 from 7.7.9 via the upgrade wizard and have encountered issues with step four.
The upgrade process appears to be stuck at the upgrade script phase as there is no next button available after the output displays processing relationship meta.
I am unable to progress beyond this phase as the wizard returns to step four. How can I complete the upgrade?

check your web server’s logs, also suitecrm.log and maybe your brower’s logs, there must be something there

Hi sineka, do you happen to have your cron jobs running as user “root”?

Have checked cron jobs and they are running as the web user. Have also checked file and user permissions and these appear correct.
Thanks mikebeck have re-activated the error logging via php and discovered there were issues with a customised module. We have worked through the issues and can confirm the upgrade is resolved.
