Upgrade Wizard no Next Button

Hi all,

Anybody experiences similar ?

  1. I have downloaded SuiteCRM Upgrade package 7.11.x to 7.11.15 and initiated Upgrade Wizard first step for System Check and I saw

  1. I have clicked next and Upload Upgrade Package screen displayed and at that moment I remember that I did not install Upgrade Patch. I click cancel and click Admin - Module Loader and uploaded/installed/committed UpgradeWizard patch without any issues.

Performed QR & R

  1. I have returned back to Admin - Upgrade wizard but this time I do not have NEXT button to proceed

Nothing in suitecrm.log or php logs. In upgradeWizard.log I see:

Relogin to Admin, Ctrl+F5, did not help.

Other functions are running properly.

Level info: SuiteCRM 7.11.13(clean install), CentOS, php 7.3.19

Should I reset something or delete some file to proceed(to get Next button back on screen?) ?

Sorry, I have opened in wrong place, can you move it to Install/Upgrade discussion forum ? I have found similar post and situation is the same I guess.

Therefore I have tried from the beginning.

  1. Returned to snapshot backup.
    1.a Checked cache - some folders and files exist, should I delete them all ?
    1b. I have upgrades and temp under cache but no files
    1c. I do not have suitecrm/upgrades - I think due to it is a clean install yet
    1d. I did not have suitecrm/temp - it is not created from the beginning, I have created and adjusted owner/permission
  2. First upload upgrade patch and installed/Committed and QR&R
  3. Then go to Upgrade Wizard and after System check the visual is again the same. It says no issues for permissions and database but no next button to proceed.

Now I will try to upgrade without upgrade wizard patch and hopefully without any upgrade related issues.

Returned back to snapshot again in test system.

And completed upgrade to 7.11.15 without Patching Upgrade Wizard, no issues occured.

So I guess I do not need Upgrade Wizard Patch.
