I have checked the configuration and seems to be also ok.
If I check the phpinfo() results I can see that the max size is set to 80MB so it should let me upload the packcage with no issues right?

It should work, yes. Try cleaning upload/upgrade/ directory again.
You should have an error in your logs telling you exactly what is going wrong. Either your web server will report it is not allowing the upload, or SuiteCRM will report that it doesn’t like something about the package, or is having trouble unzipping it…
