Upgrade to SuiteCRM from SugarCRM Version 6.5.22

Is this upgrade path available? The current upgrade file returns the :
[color=#ff0000]The uploaded file is not compatible with this version of Sugar:
SugarCRM System Version: 6.5.22[/color]

I get the same issue upgrading from 6.5.21.

SuiteCRM is currently running the SugarCRM CE 6.5.20 core. We will be updating it to 6.5.22 in the next bug-fix release.

Is there any set date for this yet?

I would really like to upgrade from SugarCRM CE 6.22 to SuiteCRM as well. This post asking when this would be done is 4 months old. Any line of site?
