Can anyone assist us with upgrading our database from version 7.11.23 to a higher version? After upgrading to 7.12, it only shows a blank page.
Here are the current server details:
PHP: 7.4.27 (cli) (built: Dec 14 2021 17:17:06) (NTS)
MySQL: 8.0.27 (MySQL Community Server - GPL)
Server: CentOS Linux, Version 7

It could be the permissions issues.
Also, check the combability.
Do you have any errors in the log file? 
Check config.php file, you need to check dbconfig, site_url, etc.
