Upgrade Loop and stuck

Hello SuiteCRM gods,

I’m praying for some help. I have been good with updates as they come out. and going from 7.7.6 to 7.7.7 has my upgrade wizard stuck in a loop. see pictures 1 and 2. It keeps doing the update layouts and it won’t get past it. I can’t upgrade any further. any ideas?

Tried updating to 7.7.8 and still getting stuck. Can’t get it to upgrade. any ideas. pdf pic attached. just loops.

please check your logs, there must be something not letting you upgrade
