Upgrade Errors 7.11.x to 7.11.10

on Version 7.11.8
Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344)
php 7.2

During the upgrade, I get a bunch of these, each with different line numbers:

Deprecated: Methods with the same name as their class will not be constructors in a future version of PHP; nusoap_base has a deprecated constructor in /home/ctobvaluecrm/public_html/crm77/include/nusoap/nusoap.php on line 323

Then, running the upgrade, I got several screens of
Warning: chown(): UploadStream::stream_metadata is not implemented! in /home/ctobvaluecrm/public_html/crm77/include/utils/sugar_file_utils.php on line 330

Upgrade seems to have taken, but I would like to address these issues.

Any ideas?

Update:
So I gave up - Did a backup, created a new install of 7.11.10 and restored.
Seems better but
1 - Got {“content”:" errors on the contacts screen so I removed everything from the Ajax (per another thread)
2 - Several buttons say “Undefined”
3 - Advanced search doesn’t work, needed to switch to Basic. Advanced search gives no results

ANy help would be appreciated…

Editing upgradeaccess.php with this and repairing htaccess did not work
