Did an overdue two step update today.
Now the cases edit screen gives errors on the panes using the tiny editor.
Failed to initialize plugin … Screen shot attached. Thanks in advance for any guidance.
Is it WYSIWYG field? Check your module loader, if you have that add-on.
Have you done a Quick Repair and Rebuild?
Also, try a different browser to see if it makes a difference.
Thanks everyone for your replies. I had done the Quick Repair and Rebuild after the upgrade.
It appears that dong Ctrl F5 on the case page has cleared this up.
I can only imagine that something was stuck out in the cache…
