Update from 8.2 to 8.4

I install the update from version 8.2 to 8.4 as described in the documentation with ssh and the console command. After that the admin user has no menus and features at all and there is the ability to logout and no other menus available. I can’t click on the admin page. All other users which are not admin have the normal view.

My bet is that you had your SSH console running as a different user and you ruined all the file ownerships, so that now SuiteCRM can’t access them.

You just need to reset your ownerships/permissions (if I am not mistaken).

Yes I did that with an SSH console. The strange thing is that non admin users work.

Check that the file ownerships match the user that your web server is using to run.

Try going to your profile page and save. That might fix your issue
