There are certain areas of my CRM database where the word “undefined” shows up instead of whatever the area should be labeled.
Does anyone know where I can fix this?

Please search the Forum. There are hundreds of posts on “undefined” labels.
Additionally read the manual, starting from the installation section which, when installing MUST be just followed PRECISELY in every single step.
Last but not least: to obtain help you need to provide a few informations:
. SuiteCRM version
. Operating System/Web server/PHP/MySQL versions
. Where precisely you get the error (it may be a known bug)
. (precise) instructions on how to reproduce the error
. any fatal errors of your SuiteCRM + PHP/Web server logs as well as errors seen in your browser javascript console
Additionally you may search on GitHub to see if there is a known issue and if a patch has already been implemented (but not yet deployed).
