undefined labels

I am getting undefined labels in some areas such as workflow edit please see attached picture

I have tried all posted discussions solutions such as edit .htaccess file, or check permissions etc etc but the issue is not fixed yet I do have the latest version installed

Version 7.10.11
Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344)

what os are you using? can you check your apache’s logs?

I am using Ubuntu 1604.5 LTS

which logs should i check? there are too many…

I do run the latest version of PHP

tail -f /var/log/apache2/error.log

run that command and go to that page that gives undefined
