"UNDEFINED" in creating Quote module

Dear sir/mam,
While “Add group” in Quote module, i am facing “UNDEFINED” label name as like attachment image. After long searching in google and research i could not accomplish this issue. Please guide me where i a going wrong.

Can you verify RewriteBase has correct path in your .htaccess?

Under the folder of Suitecrm, .htaccess file is as below.
RewriteBase /

So, have tried RewriteBase /MySuitecrm, but still the problem is occurring. Please guide more.

I’ve never used Quotes before and I’m getting ‘undefined’ labels. What folders need the 755 permission?

I looked for a Quotes module folder in Modules and don’t even see one.

Using 7.8.1 of Suite.

I think that you should look for AOS_Quotes

(AOS stands for Advanced Open Sales)

Im having the same issue…I changed permission of all Suitecrm folders in 755 …
But these issue not resolved

If you are getting Undefined then it could be an issue of .htaccess and also the file permission of cache folder but as you said, You have corrected the permission. Also check ownership and check you have correct file permission on files under. cache/jsLanguage/

Just rename your .htaccess file to have a backup of it.

Then put the contents I gave above into a new .htaccess file and save.

Now try to see if SuiteCRM is any better.

Hello. I’m expriencing the same error, with undefined everywhere. I tried copying the htcaccess file contents posted by pgr, and saved it to my file, nothing changed.

Folder permissions already 755.

Any ideas?
