I’m trying to remain positive about this issue which I simply don’t seem to be able to solve, so some help would be appreciated. I’ve reinstalled for the fourth time, set all the permissions as per the list provided by Will, and yet when I try to add fields to the contacts data set using studio it shows all the field columns as “undefined” as well as the folders to the left of the working pane. Can someone point me in the right direction to solve this please?
For anyone finding this issue I finally solved it by setting the entire cache directory AND FILE permissions to 775. Despite my having gone through the entire directory and set all the file permissions to 664 as per the installation instructions, this simply would not work. 775 works! So, onto the next issue now.
