Undefined data index ID for list view data - 7.11.18

I began to experience horrendous delays (20-115 seconds) about five weeks ago when moving within Meetings or Tasks modules. A look in the log shows a correspondence with this message that is generated five-six times per second during the delays:

“Thu Jun 9 08:29:10 2022 [5316][1e48ace2-faf1-738e-45b3-5575b14f1ad4][WARN] Undefined data index ID for list view data.”

I ran a Repair/Rebuild but no improvement. Does anyone, especially Mr pgr, recognize this situation and a solution? Conspicuously, it is not occurring on a second (Windows) computer that received a copy of the first system’s disc image. Both systems’ hard drives chkdsk scan clean.
Thanks.

Look for oversized database tables using the first query in this post:

pgr: I found the source of my pain and you will laugh: I had added the Contacts module to my Home screen, and tried to have it filter and sort, which I found could not be done (and you had indicated to my related post back in March that it might not be possible).
I have around 9k contacts, it wasn’t delays in Meetings or Tasks that was my problem, more likely the Home page trying to relate and display too much. Once I took the Contacts module off the home page all responds reasonably. I’ll remember the table and index angle if that specific problem appears. Thanks.
