Unable to upgrade

I’ve followed the instructions here:

I have placed the package at the root level of my SuiteCRM installation.

But every time I run the upgrade command I get “No such file or directory”.

What am I doing wrong?

You’re not telling us the exact SuiteCRM versions (old + new) that you’re using :slight_smile:

8.2.3 to 8.2.4.

Yeah I know it’s not much of an upgrade, but I’m new and I wanted to try out the upgrade process!

The instruction reads

3. Place the package on the <your-suitecrm-8-root-folder>/tmp/package/upgrade folder

Yes sorry, that’s what I meant. I have placed the package there.

I solved it.

This idiot (me) had forgotten to CD into the public_html folder!

From there I had a few minor issues with permissions that were soon solved, but the upgrade ran and the version is now 8.2.4.
