Unable to login with created users

Dear all,

I’ve currently installed SuiteCRM version 7.11.0 using WAMP server.
The setup went smoothly and I was able login immediately with my admin account that was created upon setup.

The issue I’m having now, is that I can create a user but I cannot login as the user.

I have tried auto-generated password as well as writing the password myself - still cannot login with either.

I also tried creating a new administrator user and still no luck.

After searching through forums and asking google, I cannot come up with a solution.

I really don’t know what else to try. Any idea of what could be happening?
