Unable to log in with new created user account

Hi all,

I have created a new user account. I got the account username and password information with the generated email. But when trying to log into the system I first can log in but I get the message to provide a new password as the password has expired. Providing a new password all I get is another error message that I have entered an incorrect current password.

How to fix this issue?

Hi miri,

As a workaround, you can go into password management and turn off auto create password and manually create the passwords with one uppercase, lowercase and numerical character.

Hi Will,

I tried with setting the Password expiration to none. With doing so, I was able to log into the user profile. Unfortunately I am not able to change the password manually there. So maybe I will have to stick with your solution mentioned above.

But anyway, the bug still remains. If there is a way to solve this I would be happy to know about it.
