Unable to load documents on any module

Good day

I’m using Version 7.11.18

Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344)

I have noticed that I’m unable to load any documents on any module. This occured before and somehow it started working on its own until its started again now. Could slow network speeds affect the uploading of documents (I suspect this is the issue). If so what can I do to increase the timeout period to allow for more time to upload documents?

You might need to tweak your PHP.INI to allow more time and document size:

Look for the following directives and modify to your own convenience

memory_limit = 32M
upload_max_filesize = 24M
post_max_size = 32M


Thank you. I asked my service provider to increase limits yet I’m still havnig the same issue. The worst part is that sometimes it works for a day then the next day it does not attach any documents at all.

That sounds like a hosting issue to me. The fact that your systems works sometimes means that the issue might no be within SuiteCRM. Check your logs for errors
