Unable to import CSV file on SuiteCRM 8.3.1 on Cpanel

I downloaded the file format from the Leads modle and keyed in data in the correct fields. I even removed phone numbers and emails. But I get a clear screen after verifying the fields to be imported.

I am getting the following error on the error log

  • SuiteCRM Version used: 8.3.1
  • Browser name and version (e.g. Firefox, Safari, Chrome)
  • Environment name and version (e.g. MySQL, PHP 8.0 & 8.1)):
  • Installed through softaculous on cpanel

Does anyone know how I can resolve this? Thanks in advance.

Do you see the word “undefined” appearing on several screens?

Can you check which linux user name your web server is using (it appears in the crontab instructions in Admin / Schedulers)?

And then check if all the files and directories of SuiteCRM are owned by that same user?

There is no undefined error that occurs. I can only see a blank screen.

I installed the version using softaculous in Cpanel. It created the directory and user.
