Although I have no problem to send or receive an email through suitecrm (I have set up 1 email account) I cannot forward the mail.
I get this: Error Sending Email. Please contact your administrator for assistance.
I use suitecrm 7.11.18, apache2, php 7.2, mariaDB 10.4
Ιf it is easy for someone to try it, to see if it is a bug or something is going wrong with my installation.

are you forwarding from a group account or from a personal account? If from a group account, have you checked in “Admin” “Email Settings” the option “Users may send as themselves” ?
you are right, I hadn’t checked “Users may send as themselves”. I thought it was not necessary.
