Unable to Export Reports with Large Data records

Hi,

I need some help with exporting reports with large data records. When I click export, I get the error message below;

This site can’t be reached

suitecrm.adviseinsurance.com unexpectedly closed the connection.

In the past I used to get a gateway timeout error but we increased the run time and the memory limit as well and now this is the error we get when I try to export the reports.

I will appreciate any tip on exporting these reports

Hi,
first thing that comes to mind: have you tried to increase the max_execution_time and/or the available php memory limit (assuming that you only experience issues with large reports)?

Thanks for your swift response. Per your suggestion, yes we increased execution time and the php memory limit and then we stopped getting time out error message but now get the error in my initial post.

Following up with this.
We did set the execution timeout is set to 600 (10 minutes) and that the php memory limit is 2048M. However, we are still encountering the same error.
