Unable to edit users

Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344)

Nothing shows in the log when trying to edit or delete users,
but after attempting to add a new dropdown field to the user module in studio I get the following in the log:

Sat Dec 30 17:13:35 2017 [3775][1][FATAL] error loading relationship am_projecttemplates_resources

Is there a way to fix this?

Make sure php is newer then version 5. I upgraded to 7.2 and it fixed the problem.
